1. No laser output: first check whether the laser alarms. Check whether the yellow alarm light of the laser is on. If the yellow light is on, it indicates the alarm state of the laser. It is necessary to check whether the water temperature of the water tank reaches above 17 ℃. If so, turn off the key switch again and turn it on again in a minute.
2. Weak laser light: during the welding process, it is found that the laser energy is not as strong as before, and the light is weak. First, check whether the protective lens of the welding joint is damaged (the protective lens belongs to consumables). If it is damaged and needs to be replaced, it needs to be wiped with a dust-free cloth and alcohol if it is dirty.
