Laser welding machine is a pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064nm produced by solid-state laser. After beam expansion, reflection and focusing, it radiates and processes the surface of the work piece. The surface heat is guided to internal diffusion through heat transfer. Through digitization, it accurately controls the parameters of laser pulse width, energy, peak power and repetition frequency, so as to melt the work piece and form a specific molten pool, so as to realize laser welding of the work piece. It's a precision welding that cannot be achieved by traditional welding process.
