Mold laser welding machine is to fuse the welding wire to the damaged part of the mold through the high heat energy generated by the laser instantly, and firmly weld with the original substrate. After welding, it is processed into a smooth surface by EDM or grinding, so as to realize mold repair.
By accurately controlling the parameters of laser pulse width, energy, peak power and repetition frequency, the workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool, so as to realize the laser welding of the workpiece. The system is equipped with automatic X-Y axis as standard, and automatic rotation axis and automatic Z axis are optional.
Features and advantages:
1. Repair welding by laser has small heat affected zone, it makes no deformation of precision die. It can repair cracks, broken edges, sand hole, etc.
2. It can realize precise positioning by microscope or CCD.
3. The optical path can be rotated or stretched. The laser head of boom lift type can move in X, Y and Z directions.
